Are you or your organization interested in understanding the importance of land acknowledgements, why they should be done even at non-indigenous events, and how to create a land acknowledgment for your event? My seminar will introduce you to some basic understandings of Indigenous Culture by teaching you the history, importance, purpose, and value of acknowledging the land that we occupy.
